This is for the following reason: Ensuring a trouble-free connection to the website. Ensuring a smooth use of our website. Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of application/general

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") form an integral part of any contractual relationship between the Erich Meier Weingut, owner Erich Meier, Reblaubenstrasse 7, 8707 Uetikon am See (hereinafter "Erich Meier Weingut") as seller and operator of the www.erichmeier.ch website (hereinafter "Website") and the buyer (hereinafter "Customer") of products offered on this website (hereinafter "Products"). Deviations from these conditions and any additional agreements are only binding for Weingut Erich Meier if they are agreed in writing with the customer. General terms and conditions of the customer are not applicable.

2. Order


Order placement


The order, including the order for the shipment of the ordered goods, is considered as bindingly placed by the customer as soon as the customer has accepted the general terms and conditions on the website with the button "Accept GTC" and has triggered the order of products. The customer confirms with the order the correctness of all data given by him. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer electronically after the order process has been completed. For the Weingut Erich Meier the order is only accepted after dispatch and only in the context of the order confirmation.

Modification and cancellation of orders


Subsequent changes as well as a cancellation of the order can be communicated by e-mail (info@erichmeier.ch). The same price and shipping conditions apply to the changes. However, changes and cancellations are only possible within 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation.

Incomplete fulfilment of the order


To deliver all ordered products in sufficient quantity is the highest bid of Weingut Erich Meier. Nevertheless, it can happen that for various reasons not enough goods are available. Irrespective of the dispatch of an order confirmation, Weingut Erich Meier is therefore expressly free not to accept or reduce orders subsequently.

Advance Order/Reservation


If ordered products cannot be delivered temporarily for any reason, they will not be automatically redirected. In this case, the customer will be informed in writing when the product is available again. The customer has the option of making a reservation for temporarily unavailable products via the online order form or by e-mail (info@erichmeier.ch).

3. Prices and terms of payment


Price conditions


The currently valid prices are indicated on the website. All prices are quoted ex Hof (Reblaubenstrasse 7, 8707 Uetikon) in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Delivery costs will be charged separately and additionally (see figure 4 below).

Payment methods and conditions


Weingut Erich Meier reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such Price changes have no effect on products already ordered. The payment of the ordered products by the customer takes place by invoice. Invoices must be paid within 20 days of delivery. Discounts will not be accepted.

4. Delivery

Delivery


The deliveries are limited to the territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery to other countries will only be offered after special agreement and plus the actual delivery costs as well as any customs duties and fees. The order is usually processed within 5-7 working days from the order confirmation. Products which are not yet available are excluded from this period. Should the processing not be possible within this period for any reason, the customer will be informed. Delivery will be made by VinoLog of Swiss Post AG or, at the discretion of Weingut Erich Meier, by another transport company. For damages to the products or in case of loss or theft of the products after

The Weingut Erich Meier accepts no liability for the transfer of the products to the transport company. If the deadline of the Swiss Post for the parcel collection is not met and the delivery is returned to the winery, the Weingut Erich Meier reserves the right to charge the costs for the return to the customer. A new dispatch takes place only with agreement of the customer.

Delivery costs (subject to change)


The delivery costs incl. VAT are as follows: The delivery packs each contain up to six bottles. The first pack costs CHF 10.95, further packs additionally CHF 6.15 each. For example, if you order 13 bottles, a total of 3 packs are required. Shipping costs are waived for orders over CHF 1,100.00 within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Pick-Up by the customer


The customer may also collect his order from the Weingut Erich Meier at Reblaubenstrasse 7 in 8707 Uetikon am See, provided he has defined this accordingly in the order form. In this case, no delivery costs will be charged, regardless of the order quantity. The opening hours of the Erich Meier winery, which are communicated on the website in each case, apply to the collection.

5. Warranty

The Weingut Erich Meier guarantees that the products are of impeccable quality and meet the requirements of Swiss legislation and that the published data regarding the properties of the products are correct. The customer must check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If incorrect products have been delivered or if a product is defective, the customer must report the defect or the incorrect delivery by e-mail (info@erichmeier.ch) or post within five (5) working days of receipt of the delivery. If this notification is made in good time, the products concerned will be taken back at the expense of the Weingut Erich Meier and returned to the customer as quickly as possible, free of defects or correctly. 6. Obligation of the customer


Customer represents and warrants that it is authorized to enter into a Contract under applicable law, and in particular that it is at least eighteen (18) years of age.

7. Exclusion of liability


Any liability on the part of Weingut Erich Meier for any damages, errors or other disadvantages arising for the customer from the order or the purchase of the products beyond the liability of Weingut Erich Meier going beyond the liability in section 5 is - as far as legally permissible - excluded. The auxiliary person's liability (OR 101) is excluded.

8. Intellectual property rights


The customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights and other rights associated with the website and the products, including trademarks, names/designations, designs, concepts and software, are the sole property of Weingut Erich Meier and that the customer has no rights whatsoever to them.

9. Data protection


The customer expressly agrees that his data may be used to send e-mail advertisements/newsletters/invitations sent by Weingut Erich Meier. The customer also agrees that his data may be processed internally. Any further use or disclosure is excluded. The customer authorizes Weingut Erich Meier to make copies and electronic recordings of any transactions for their proof. The customer can at any time request the deactivation of the dispatch of e-mail advertisement/newsletter invitations by e-mail (info@erichmeier.ch).

10. Validity


These GTC can be changed at any time and without prior notice. The general terms and conditions published on the website at the time of ordering shall apply.

11. Choice of law and place of jurisdiction


The contract between the customer and the Weingut Erich Meier is subject to Swiss law (excluding conflict of laws). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Weingut Erich Meier.
